Some secrets refuse to stay buried in Salem dirt.

In Hawthorn Glen, the woods have always kept their secrets.

Until the bodies start appearing.

Eighteen-year-old Clara Vance has spent her entire life in the sleepy town on the outskirts of Salem, Massachusetts, where autumn brings more than falling leaves and ghost stories. But when a mutilated body is discovered at the forest's edge, the quiet town begins unraveling—and Clara finds herself at the center of something far more terrifying than murder.

Then there's Julian Blackwood.

Dangerously handsome, impossibly mysterious, and newly returned to his family's abandoned estate, Julian carries secrets older than the town itself. Something about him draws Clara in, even as every instinct tells her to stay away.

And Gabriel Thorne, her fiercely protective childhood best friend, isn't making things any easier. The closer Clara gets to Julian, the more Gabriel's carefully guarded temper begins to crack. But his jealousy isn't the only thing he's hiding.

As the autumn moon grows fuller, the bodies multiply, ancient rivalries awaken, and whispers of a long-buried curse spread through Hawthorn Glen. Clara soon discovers that the legends surrounding Salem's darkest history aren't legends at all.

Witches are real. Monsters walk among them. And something ancient is coming to collect a debt written in blood.

Caught between two dangerous boys, a town built on secrets, and a darkness that seems to know her name, Clara must uncover the truth about her own bloodline before the Hunters' Moon rises.

Because in Hawthorn Glen, love can be deadly.

And when the woods run red, nobody gets out untouched.

A dark, addictive supernatural thriller filled with forbidden romance, ancient witchcraft, vampires, werewolves, deadly secrets, and a love triangle where trusting the wrong person could cost everything.
