Concrete Rose Publishing was founded by author and storyteller Elaine Rose, whose passion for writing spans more than two decades.

Built on the belief that extraordinary stories can emerge from the most unexpected places, Concrete Rose represents strength, creativity, perseverance, and the courage to grow despite difficult circumstances.

Like a rose pushing through concrete, the stories we publish are unapologetic, resilient, and impossible to overlook.

What began with a passion for storytelling is growing into an independent publishing house dedicated to developing original voices, supporting emerging authors, and building a catalog that refuses to be confined to one genre.

Her work explores complicated relationships, hidden truths, survival, ambition, and the choices that shape people's lives.

As both an author and publisher, Elaine is committed to building a home for stories that might otherwise be overlooked—and creating opportunities for writers whose voices deserve to be heard.
